At Meridian we take time working with each client to fully understand the needs and vision for their event.
After the first contact we will appoint a Project Manager to put together an initial estimate and design for your event. In this way we can ensure maximum continuity and efficiency so that every detail is attended to and you are left with complete peace of mind.
Our aim is to be as accurate as possible with our estimate and to respond as quickly as possible. We will always be upfront and honest with potential clients and work with them to advise on the best possible solution to fit their design-brief and budget.
A site visit will be arranged at a convenient time for you where we can measure the proposed location and map out the options in further detail. For more complex installations subsequent technical site surveys may be required at a later date.
You’re all booked in, moving forward your Project Manager will regularly liaise with you via email, phone or face to face to ensure a smooth and stress-free time by planning and coordinating much of the detail in advance. We liaise extensively with any other suppliers you may have to ensure that all their requirements are covered from a marquee and technical point of view.
For each marquee installation and removal a dedicated Site Manager is assigned. They will work with our in-house departments and will be your on-site contact, making sure that all your requirements are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Marquees provide an ideal cost effective solution for storage and warehousing environments where a conventional building is unavailable, not feasible, or where the need is short term.
Marquees are incredibly flexible, with scope for multiple dimensions and orientations, they can be dismantled and transported to an alternative venue and can be fully fitted to allow for virtually every conceivable purpose.
Film Location: Meridian install temporary marquee infrastructure to facilitate on-location Green Rooms, Operations and Holding areas throughout the film industry, as well as on-site at Film & TV studios.
Helicopter Storage: Through an existing private client who we had supplied structures to for their private events we provided a semi-permanent shelter to store their helicopter.
Temporary Fitness Suite: For an international finance company our structures created a temporary gym and fitness suite for their UK headquarters while their facilities were being refurbished.
Various other applications include storage, packing warehouses, emergency offices, retail, leisure buildings, or living space.
